The COVID-19 Coronavirus is forcing agile communities to consider adopting a course of action we would normally reject: to avoid meeting in person when possible, especially with regards to gathering in big crowds. Under these circumstances, we must rethink strategies such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, a critical element of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

We talk about our software solution for the implementation of SAFe with Atlassian tools – Agile Hive – its potential from the viewpoint of a US partner, regional differences in scaling agile methods, the importance of comprehensive software integration, among other things.
