Enterprise service management with Insight for Jira

An overview of the requirements, possibilities, and use cases

At the end of March, we hosted an exciting event for our clients here in Wiesbaden. Around 75 guests came to visit for this edition of the Atlassian Enterprise Club Day (AEC) and take the opportunity to exchange thoughts and ideas on Jira, Jira Service Desk and ITSM.

Riada, our partners and friends from Sweden, came to visit for the occasion. Their products have been part of the Atlassian ecosystem for ten years now, and they boast a very powerful and sophisticated tool for enterprise service management in the form of Insight for Jira.

In a talk held at March's AEC event, Tommy Nordahl and Zihni Saglam presented the solution in more detail. Which demands should an enterprise put on a modern service management system? Which possibilities does Insight offer? Which use cases are the most valuable? The answers to these questions and more can be found in this interesting and entertaining talk on Insight for Jira:
