Summer is almost at an end, even though it doesn't really feel like it. It's still quite hot over here in Germany, and it's staying that way, even if more figuratively. Here at Seibert Media, the "sweaty phase" has started as THE agile event of the year is drawing closer: the 11th Tools4AgileTeams conference!
On December 1st and 2nd, we want to show you the many aspects of agility. We have prepared eight topics for you again:

These topics have been chosen to invite as many perspectives, and to discuss as many different approaches as possible. In this article, we'll give you a quick update on the latest developments and give you a teaser regarding the first keynote of the conference.
Successful Call for Sessions for the 11th T4AT
You may remember that up until August 15th, ideas for sessions, talks, workshops and other formats could be submitted to us. And we just have to say, we were blown away! We received a total of 134 cool proposals, and the selection process is in full swing. By mid-September, all potential speakers will receive a reply whether their session will be included on December 1st or 2nd. After that, we'll set up the agenda and share it with you as soon as we can. I'm sure you can't wait 🙂

After two years of completely remote events, we're super excited that this year's Tools4AgileTeams will be a "hybrid event". This means that you can choose whether you want to be here on-site, or if would rather participate remotely!

Keynote on 1 December: unFIX - a model for the future
"Versatile Organization Design with the unFIX Model" - that's the title of the first keynote by Jurgen Apello. He poses the question: "What could come after Management 3.0, SAFe, holacracy and the Spotify model?" After two years of COVID, it's quite clear where the journey is headed; organizations that consist of networked individuals working from practically anywhere, forming teams spontaneously, focusing on the customer experience, aiming for goals, delivering results and having a lot of fun in the process - they are the future.
