Atlassian Cloud: Price Adjustments in October 2023 and Product Adjustments in November 2023 - banner

The month of October often signifies change; the leaves start to change colour and fall from the trees, and some animals start preparing for hibernation while others move to warmer places. Also this year in October, and probably more interesting for you, our reader, new pricing and product changes will take effect for the Atlassian Cloud on October 18, 2023 and for Jira Cloud products on November 1, 2023. We'll give you an overview of the pending changes.

Pricing changes for Atlassian Cloud products

Atlassian is raising its list and benefit prices for several Cloud products. The company justifies these price changes because of the continuous investments in both the security and performance of its Cloud products. As Atlassian continues to develop its Cloud software, the company is enabling teams to be even more aligned and collaborate more efficiently. Here you can find an overview of the changes of the last months.

Atlassian is raising the list prices for the following Cloud products:

  • Jira Software (5% for Standard, Premium and Enterprise)
  • Confluence (5% for Standard, Premium and Enterprise)
  • Access (10% for 1000+ user tier)
  • Jira Service Management (5-30%)

On top of that, Atlassian is increasing the Advantaged Pricing for certain already purchased Cloud products. This affects Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Access - so the price for renewing these licences will increase.

More information about the pricing changes can be found on this Atlassian website.

To calculate your monthly or yearly prices, you can visit the pricing website of the respective Cloud products. After you enter a user number and select whether you would like to be billed on a monthly or yearly basis, the price per user and the total price per month/year will be displayed below.
