Summer is almost at an end, even though it doesn't really feel like it. It's still quite hot over here in Germany, and it's staying that way, even if more figuratively. Here at Seibert Media, the "sweaty phase" has started as THE agile event of the year is drawing closer: the 11th Tools4AgileTeams conference!
On December 1st and 2nd, we want to show you the many aspects of agility. We have prepared eight topics for you again:
- Agile Teamwork
- Agile Leadership
- Agile Product Management
- Scaling Agile
- Modern Workplace
- Agile IT Service Management
- Culture Lounge
- Agile Games
These topics have been chosen to invite as many perspectives, and to discuss as many different approaches as possible. In this article, we'll give you a quick update on the latest developments and give you a teaser regarding the first keynote of the conference.
Successful Call for Sessions for the 11th T4AT
You may remember that up until August 15th, ideas for sessions, talks, workshops and other formats could be submitted to us. And we just have to say, we were blown away! We received a total of 134 cool proposals, and the selection process is in full swing. By mid-September, all potential speakers will receive a reply whether their session will be included on December 1st or 2nd. After that, we'll set up the agenda and share it with you as soon as we can. I'm sure you can't wait 🙂
Limited supply of tickets - pre-sale in progress
After two years of completely remote events, we're super excited that this year's Tools4AgileTeams will be a "hybrid event". This means that you can choose whether you want to be here on-site, or if would rather participate remotely!
Sales of our limited (!) on-site tickets are starting now, so get them before they're all gone! This ticket includes entry to both conference days, food and drinks for those on-site and of course, countless opportunities to network. Apart from that, our new Headquarters, in which the T4AT will take place, is worth a visit, and the culinary skills of our cook are already almost legendary!
So, if you would like to come to Wiesbaden, make sure to get your on-site ticket here: https://www.tools4agileteams.com/en/secure-ticket/
Keynote on 1 December: unFIX - a model for the future
"Versatile Organization Design with the unFIX Model" - that's the title of the first keynote by Jurgen Apello. He poses the question: "What could come after Management 3.0, SAFe, holacracy and the Spotify model?" After two years of COVID, it's quite clear where the journey is headed; organizations that consist of networked individuals working from practically anywhere, forming teams spontaneously, focusing on the customer experience, aiming for goals, delivering results and having a lot of fun in the process - they are the future. But how do you get your company there? The unFIX model is a simple tool that can support the multi-facetted shaping of your organization. It focuses on human experience and constant innovation, unlike other agile scaling frameworks or self-management methods. unFIX makes it easier to drive change one step at a time, it injects dynamism into teams, and helps leaders take on an important role in the change. unFIX your organization!
With practical games, tools, and practices, he supports creative organizations to be successful in the 21st century. For example, he has developed the "unFIX model", which is particularly suitable for those companies that focus on continuous innovation and better "human experience". Inc. magazine also named him one of the Top 50 leadership experts and Top 100 leadership speakers. These are the best prerequisites for initiating exciting discussions at Tools4AgileTeams!
Get your ticket for the 11th Tools4AgileTeams now!
If you can't make it to Wiesbaden, you can still book your ticket now for only 49 Euros (USD 49.11)! This will give you access to all keynotes and sessions in the eight topics of discussion, although some formats may not be able to be video streamed (in which case we will announce this in advance). Of course, you also have access to the social activities - sadly, the appetizers from our chef can't be teleported to you. 😉
At the beginning of October, we will present the agenda here and tell you more about the second keynote. Until then, you are more than welcome to read our summaries of last year's keynotes and watch the videos of the English talks, such as Happy PIPping, Actively Doing Nothing, Respect for Those Who Do It Agile and Prerequisites for Agility. You can also read our English summaries in our blog: Our Journey to Mars, From Hidden Champion to #OpenChampions and, last but not least, Screw It, We’ll Do It Illegally!
You'll find information on this year's conference on https://www.tools4agileteams.com/en.
Have you purchased your ticket yet? No? Then what are you waiting for? We're looking forward to seeing you!
