Leaves of all colors and chestnuts are covering park and forest floors, and turkeys are becoming more and more prevalent in supermarkets - it's clear that Fall is in full swing. Here in Wiesbaden, we're hard at workbecause there are less than 6 weeks left until THE Agile event of the year takes place;our Tools4AgileTeams conference. This means it's high time to announce the third of the keynotes. Just like the other two, this keynote will be held in English. Drumroll, please!
Keynote #3: Interpersonal alchemy and the magic behind high-performing teams
Mark Cruth is an Atlassian expert and evangelist for modern work. That means he demonstrates to his colleagues and clients how they can collaborate in new, different, and more productive ways. He has more than a decade of experience under his belt and has experimented with ways of working and supporting individuals, teams, and organizations with their transformations.
At the Tools4AgileTeams (T4AT) conference, Mark will take you on a journey through the depths of alchemy, not to discover the philosopher's stone, but rather the secret of "High-Performance” teams. For example, how do you turn a group of people who work together reasonably well into a successful team? Mark will show you which unique, magic ingredients teams need to grow beyond "just OK", and which experiments you can use to get your teams there. So, put your lab coats on and get ready for an educational and entertaining keynote that will give you cool ideas for your everyday work!
Of course, T4AT is not just about keynotes. To ensure that we can offer you and all participants an all-around cool and successful event, the track chairs have deliberated long and hard. The result is a diverse program with a little something for everyone. In numbers: Two days, three keynotes, more than 50 sessions (some in English, some in German). Due to the hybrid format, there will be an additional time buffer between individual presentations. For those who participate online, this leaves additional room for discussion after a session.
An overview - what to expect at the conference
Be sure to mark 3:00 p.m. on December 1st in your calendar - that's when the conference officially opens. After that, it's up to you which of the eight topics you want to start with.Maybe you'll find out why "Hybrid PI Planning doesn’t work - effective alignment like a BOSCH"? On the next day, you can hear all about the "Skyguide Experience report: Establishing SAFe in a highly regulated environment", or learn "How SAFe is modernizing agile learning". There is a lot to discover!
At 5:00 p.m., Dean Leffingwell will kick things off with his keynote, "Achieving Business Agility with SAFe," with the final presentations ending around 7:30 p.m. before moving on to the social part of the evening.
On December 2, we welcome you to day 2 of T4AT starting at 9:45 am. Jurgen Appelo's keynote, "Versatile Organization Design with the unFIX Model," is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Peter Pedross and Patricia Bomme's aforementioned "Skyguide Experience report" at 12:00 and at 1:45 p.m., you'll be able to hear about "Interpersonal alchemy and the magic behind high-performing teams" at Mark Cruth's keynote. Finally at 4:30 p.m., we'll (sadly!) say goodbye.
Create your own individual T4AT!
Having a hard time deciding which sessions to attend, and don’t want to keep switching back and forth between individual days?? Then simply create your own agenda! To do so, you can mark all the presentations that interest you on the agenda page with a star as a "favorite". Once you have selected your favorites, you can then display only these sessions. This way, you can easily access your own personal Tools4AgileTeams program.
