Google Workspace Update November 2023 – Continuous Development for Your Team’s Collaboration and Communication

Diesen Artikel auf Deutsch lesen

If your team works with Google Workspace regularly, you will likely have noticed that things have changed almost overnight. These changes are both large and small. There have been some minor changes within the collaboration tools and significant changes to the functionality of their main tools. This is not surprising because Google has a policy of continual refinement and development of all its tools. They listen to their customers and introduce new features based on new technologies and feedback.

And this is a good thing. Google's ongoing product development has greatly enhanced all of its products, such as Docs, Sheets, Chat, Gmail, Meet, etc., and they have evolved into mature, feature-rich, deeply integrated tools that help thousands of teams.
Because that's what it's all about - effective, efficient digital collaboration within and between teams, whether creating texts, spreadsheets and presentations, communicating synchronously or asynchronously via video, chat and email, planning appointments or creating internal or public web content. This modern collaboration is location- and device-independent and does not require any local installations of plugins or administrative overheads. Simply, cloud-only.

Regular overview instead of regular surprises

There are still plenty of surprises in projects and activities in the complex world of work, though. Your team doesn't need constant surprises from their collaboration software, right? Or, on the other hand, what happens when you're just missing an interesting feature that could be very helpful for your team?

We are here to help

With our monthly Google Workspace update videos, we help you avoid unpleasant issues and give you a comprehensive overview of all important changes in Google Workspace on a regular basis.
In these compact articles, our Team Google shows you what's been happening in the previous weeks; which apps now offer new features? Where can you find them? What do the new interfaces look like?
Thanks to the Workspace updates, you can familiarise yourself with all the new features at a glance, share the changes with your team and adapt to them. It's way more practical than trawling through Google's extensive blogs and release notes all the time.
