It's already been a month since we launched Seibert Solutions - the re-evisioned expert for all Atlassian services. We at Seibert Media have already spun off our Atlassian licenses and services business into the new Seibert Solutions GmbH, in which beyondSolutions merged on November 1. However, in line with our guiding principle, “#5become1", three additional Atlassian Solution Partners - Actonic, Collabri, and Hagen Management - were scheduled to follow and merge with Seibert Solutions.
We're excited to tell you that 5 have now become 1. While Actonic will be part of Seibert Solutions GmbH from now on, the two Austrian companies, Collabri and Hagen Management, will merge with the newly founded Seibert Solutions Austria GmbH, which in turn is a 100% subsidiary of Seibert Solutions GmbH.

Together at Seibert Solutions, we are now fully up and running and can achieve even more for you!
- Comprehensive services for your Atlassian products: We are expanding our service portfolio with additional services such as customised development and strategy consulting. This means you can enjoy the entire range of services you need for your Atlassian products with just one partner.
- More resources for larger projects: Through this merger, we are gaining many Atlassian experts with whom we can now handle larger and more complex projects. From now on, approximately 150 employees will be working hard to make your next project a success.
- Additional locations for greater customer proximity: In addition to our main location in Wiesbaden, Seibert Solutions also has offices in Münster, Stuttgart, Dornbirn, and Ilz. This allows us to support our customers in closer proximity!
Getting to know each other: a look back at the "NewCo" open space
After months of intensive discussions to examine and plan our project - which was dubbed "NewCo" (short for "New Company") - we are delighted that we are now officially joining forces at Seibert Solutions. Although numerous individuals had been involved in coordinating this merger, all future Seibert Solutions employees had yet to get to know each other.
And that is exactly why we organized a NewCo Open Space on September 15 and 16! The motto: "One Company. One Vision." As the name suggests, it served as an "open space" for a wide variety of concerns, new ideas, and creativity, with the participants determining the course and topics of the day. The main aim of an open space is to mobilise as many people as possible to solve complex community problems.
In our case, however, the event was primarily intended to help us get to know each other even better and grow closer together. Over the two days, around 150 people discussed a wide range of topics and questions, and exchanged exciting ideas for further collaboration. And what can we say? We got along great from the get-go!
