In Jira, all work logs are visible to everyone. However, many companies need to hide certain work logs because they don’t want the rest of the workforce knowing how much certain individuals are working or what they are working on.
With Timesheet Builder, admins and compliance managers can enable secured work logs for team members, with custom permissions for who can view and/or edit the work logs of other team members. You can use this feature to hide work logs from everyone except selected individuals with permission to view or edit them.
That way, you can keep information about people’s schedules and workloads confined to only managers and stakeholders.
