Differentiate your Jira work for easier billing
In Jira, all work logs look the same. It’s not possible to differentiate them with labels, so that you know what hourly rate applies and how much should be billed to the customer. In all cases you’d need to look more closely at the work done, which takes time, or ask the person who did it, which takes effort.
With Timesheet Builder, users can create and assign custom labels to work logs for better differentiation and categorization, e.g. “overtime”, “billable”, “travel time”, or “internal/external”. Admins can enable labels to be added via toggle switches or checkboxes.
With the right labels attached, team leads and managers get an immediate understanding of the work that’s been done, what should be billed, and how much.
