Our Story

Founded by our namesake, Martin Seibert, in 1996, Seibert has nearly three decades of experience delivering IT solutions. In 2009, we became an official Atlassian Solution Partner and in 2013, we began making and selling our own apps on the Atlassian Marketplace, starting with our Confluence intranet, Linchpin. Today we have 90+ people focused on products, including more than 35 developers.

Our Mission

We create fast, focused teams.

Seibert develops and distributes software to improve teamwork and agility within organizations. As an Atlassian and Google Cloud Partner, we employ over 400 talented people across Europe and North America.

Our goal is to inspire teams to become self-organized, adaptive, and collaborative with agile process models such as Scrum, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Our Process

At Seibert Products, we develop apps that enhance teamwork and collaboration in the Atlassian ecosystem. Our process is shaped by real-world use cases, direct feedback from users, and our own experience as long-time Atlassian partners.

We work in cross-functional teams, build iteratively, and release early – because we know that great products evolve through collaboration. Whether it’s improving Confluence, extending Jira, or enabling new use cases in the Cloud, we focus on solving real problems that teams face every day.

We don’t just build features – we build tools people love to use.

Our Experts

Our contributors are more than just writers—they’re product managers, UX designers, developers, and customer advocates who are deeply immersed in the evolving world of Atlassian and collaborative software. With a keen eye on emerging technologies, user feedback, and industry trends, they help shape not only our product roadmap but also the knowledge we share with you.

Whether diving into Jira workflows, exploring Confluence best practices, or breaking down complex integrations, our authors bring practical expertise and real-world insights to every piece of content. They’re not just passionate about informing, they’re here to support your success as trusted advisors and experts in all things Atlassian.

Be a part of our joint venture network

We partner with external vendors—and our own employees—to support and grow promising Atlassian Marketplace apps.

Our unique joint venture model encourages employee innovation and offers emerging brands an equitable and collaborative alternative to venture capital partnerships.
The model has resulted in 10 successful partnerships with a variety of innovative app makers, two of whom have since become Atlassian Platinum Partners.
