Who will I be working with?

As the largest Atlassian Solution Partner in the DACH region, we help organizations strengthen collaboration and communication as key drivers of business success. In this environment, you’ll work closely with our decentralized sales teams and business units across Seibert Group, helping to continuously improve and evolve our sales organization.

This is not a traditional role within a centralized sales team. Instead, you’ll act as a connecting force across different business units and organizations. You’ll help ensure that sales excellence is embedded across the group through shared methodologies, a strong sales infrastructure, and aligned sales processes.

At the same time, you’ll collaborate closely with sales leaders and business owners on complex customer engagements, support strategic opportunities, and help position our services and solutions effectively with customers from the initial conversation through to successful delivery by our expert teams.

Which tasks may I expect?

  • Driving sales standards and methodology across teams
    You’ll help establish and maintain common sales principles across our decentralized sales organizations, creating practical frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that support consistent and effective sales execution.

  • Building and improving our sales infrastructure
    You’ll take ownership of the ongoing development of HubSpot as our central CRM platform and help ensure that our sales technology stack is used effectively, providing reliable data and insights for decision-making.

  • Advancing our sales methodology
    You’ll establish and embed MEDDPICC as a shared qualification framework, support forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance, and continuously improve the quality and consistency of our sales processes.

  • Supporting strategic and complex opportunities
    You’ll work alongside our teams on larger and more complex deals, helping to assess opportunities, structure deal strategies, and provide guidance during critical stages of the sales process.

  • Enabling collaboration across sales teams
    You’ll connect teams across the organization, encourage knowledge sharing, and help identify opportunities for stronger collaboration and joint go-to-market activities.

Which skills and strengths will I contribute to the team?

  • You have hands-on experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem and understand Atlassian products and their use cases in a business environment, either through direct usage, consulting, or sales.

  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales or other customer-facing roles within a B2B environment.

  • You are a strong communicator, know how to build trust and influence stakeholders, and stay calm and solution-oriented even in challenging situations.

  • You have a structured and process-driven way of working that enables you to contribute effectively to our sales organization and help us continuously improve the way we work.
