Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us. It is part of our corporate strategy and company culture. For example, we have been awarded the Ecovadis bronze medal as an eco-profit company. Our special sustainability team is dedicated to everything related to sustainability: gathering data, optimizing supply chains, sharing knowledge, and using fun activities to encourage people to check their own ecological footprint.

We pay fairly

We are convinced that no one really wants to negotiate salaries. Some people are really good at arguing and discussing, others are not. The result is different salaries for the same work. It doesn’t seem fair, does it?

Our salary process is based on a concept that benefits all employees.
