We expect our business partners at all locations to create a respectful working atmosphere that is free from: sexual harassment, insults, racist, ethnic, gender-related or religious remarks and intimidating or threatening behavior.
We protect our business secrets and also oblige our business partners to maintain confidentiality when we disclose business secrets to them. This also includes personal data or sensitive information.
in December 1996 with the founding of the partnership “Homepage-Design Seibert”. In the months that followed, our two namesakes – Martin and Jo Seibert – laid the foundations for everything that Seibert is today.

Over the years, we have steadily expanded our portfolio and shared our passion for better team collaboration with other partners. For example, we are venture partners of draw.io, a leading diagramming tool, and appanvil, which develops smart apps such as Aura, Karma and Mantra for Confluence.
in Wiesbaden city center at the time, we opened our new “Seibert Headquarters” in June 2022. In addition to “traditional” offices, the new premises also offer a large event area, our employee restaurant “Seabird” and numerous co-working spaces.
was the spin-off of our Atlassian license and service business into Seibert Solutions GmbH in November 2023. In Seibert Solutions, we have joined forces with beyondSolutions GmbH, Actonic GmbH, Collabri GmbH and Hagen Management GmbH to offer our customers holistic solutions for their Atlassian systems.

Our website “Programmieren.de” is designed to make it easier to enter the world of programming and to help schools and students run programming courses independently. In this way, we want to help ensure that young people are well prepared for the digital future.
