Frequently asked questions about our training courses
No, all our training courses are interactive. This means we teach, but you can ask questions at any time, and there is plenty of time to address individual issues during the course. Additionally, multiple hands-on sections ensure that you are as well-prepared as possible to use the relevant Atlassian tools.
Even remote sessions of our training are not recorded videos. All our training courses and workshops involve live interaction between trainers and participants. If you’re interested in learning videos you can complete at your own pace, let us know!
We offer Zoom or Google Meet as video tools to choose from. We recommend using a computer with a microphone and webcam to participate. Participation without a microphone or webcam is possible but makes it difficult to ask questions. It’s also recommended to use a second screen so you can work in the practice system simultaneously.
Training courses already booked can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to three calendar days before the training date. Please note that if you book within the last three days before the training, free cancellation is not possible.
When booking an appointment, you can choose between an online session, an in-person meeting at your office, or an in-person meeting at Seibert Solution Denmark in central Copenhagen.
