Today, we would like to inform you about an important change that not only closes a major chapter in our history but also paves the way for future developments: “Seibert Media GmbH” has changed its name and is now called "Seibert Group GmbH."

Seibert Group GmbH: Why the New Name?
Seibert Media has been successful in the market for over 25 years, constantly reinventing itself during this time. What began as a small service provider for homepage design has now evolved into an agile software group, whose individual companies employ a total of around 450 people. In recent years, we have grown considerably and expanded our field of activity – always with the goal of continuously adapting our range of products and services to meet our customers' needs. We want to pursue this focus even more strongly in the future.
To support this mission, we have already spun off our Atlassian licensing and services business into Seibert Solutions GmbH, expanded our Google business, and created a constantly growing network organization. These newly established corporate structures are better reflected in the Group concept.

How Are You Affected by Our Name Change?
The name change will have minimal impact on you. The most noticeable difference is that we will now operate under the name “Seibert Group GmbH.” In the coming days and weeks, we will ensure that the old company name, “Seibert Media GmbH,” is gradually replaced by the new name across all pages, documents, and channels.
Don't worry: all existing agreements, contracts, and relationships will remain valid despite the name change to Seibert Group GmbH. Your points of contact will not change either. All company data will also remain the same – apart from the new company name. We have listed the current details below:
