Rovo for All

Until now, Atlassian’s AI-powered enterprise search solution, Rovo, was only available at an extra cost. That’s changing: all cloud customers with Standard, Premium, or Enterprise licenses for Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, or the new Teamwork Collection can now use Rovo free of charge!

Rovo makes it easy to find context-based information across your tools and projects - no matter where that information is stored. On top of that, Rovo offers virtual teammates to help automate tasks, answer questions, and guide you through your workflows. This is powered by the Teamwork Graph, a deep data structure that connects all Atlassian products and generates cross-tool insights.

You probably know the struggle: switching between different tools often means adapting to different user interfaces. At least within parts of the Atlassian universe, this is now a thing of the past! Atlassian is introducing unified navigation across Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence, creating a consistent user experience.

No matter which tool you are using, you’ll now work with the same navigation elements and layout. The redesign also puts a strong focus on accessibility and content readability. With the new navigation, you can quickly access Atlassian Home, your dashboards, and recently used content — keeping your projects and information at your fingertips.

New Options for Cloud Deployments

Some organizations have been hesitant to move to the cloud due to strict security and compliance requirements that standard cloud environments cannot fulfill. Atlassian has now addressed this challenge by introducing two new deployment options: Isolated Cloud and Government Cloud.

The new Isolated Cloud is a single-tenant deployment hosted in a separate environment operated by Atlassian. This ensures that your infrastructure is not shared with any other organization, giving you greater control over data access, encryption, and data flow. If your company has specific internal policies or external compliance obligations, this might be the solution you’ve been waiting for.

The Government Cloud, as the name suggests, is designed specifically for the needs of government agencies and public sector organizations. With security and compliance at its core, these two new deployment options close a gap in Atlassian’s offering for security-critical industries and remove major blockers for cloud migration.

New Product Suites: Teamwork Collection & Strategy Collection

With the introduction of two new product suites — the Teamwork Collection and the Strategy Collection — Atlassian emphasizes holistic, integrated solutions tailored to customers’ specific needs. These collections combine selected tools into cohesive packages that help your teams work more efficiently and achieve their goals.

The Teamwork Collection focuses on cross-functional collaboration, combining Jira for planning and project management, Confluence as a knowledge-sharing and communication platform, and Loom for asynchronous video communication. Starting from the Premium plan, Atlassian Guard is also included.

The Strategy Collection is aimed at enterprise organizations that want to operationalize their business strategy more effectively. It includes Jira Align for scaled agile portfolio planning, Focus for defining and prioritizing objectives, and Talent for strategic resource management — providing transparency, alignment, and control across all levels.
