Linchpin Intranet Suite 5.10 and Linchpin Essentials 2.10 are now available for download from the Atlassian Marketplace.
Not only did we focus on giving you more organizational control when it comes to events and news categories, but we also made sure you'll never miss a Confluence notification on the Linchpin mobile app again!

🏷️ Take your event organization skills to the next level with Event Labels
We know how it goes. You're knee-deep in events in the event hub and you need a lifeline. 🛟 We're here to help with our amazing event labels. They'll help you stay organized in the hub!
Event labels are an amazing way to get even more specific about an event than you could with categories. They're like the A game for event hubs! They'll also help you find what you're looking for in a flash! No more endless scrolling as you can now also filter by event labels.
But wait, there's more! Event labels are now available as a search criterion in the event macro, the event list macro, and the event calendar macro.
📋 Customizable CSV Export for Events
That's not all! You can customize your CSV export to make sure you get exactly the information you need from your event. It's now easier than ever to get the attendee information you need in your CSV file!
The choice is yours!
You can choose whether you want detailed information or just the basic contact details in the file.
It's now easier than ever to select entire bundles of information with a single click or choose individual fields for more granular control. This ensures that the export meets your exact requirements!
Best of all, export configurations are saved automatically, so you don't have to re-select your preferred fields every time you perform a CSV export. This feature makes the workflow more efficient and saves you time. 
␥ Automatic event clean up
Good news! Admins can now delete events that are older than a configurable amount of time. We know manually managing and deleting old events can be time-consuming and error-prone. Having a ton of old events can really slow down your system, especially when accessing the Event Hub. To prevent this, you can automatically delete old events that are no longer needed.
Just a heads up: Once events have been deleted, they cannot be restored. So don't keep the time period too short!
🗂️ Customized Category Sorting for News
Would you like to have even more control over the order of the messages? We're thrilled to announce that you can now control the order of news categories!
Previously, news categories were automatically sorted in alphabetical order, which is a simple and reliable method. However, it didn't always align with how you wanted to present your news. For instance, critical updates or major announcements might get buried under less important categories just because of their names.
With this new feature, admins, but also authors, can prioritize the most important categories and make sure that users see the most important at the top!
🗞️ Make intranet news available outside the system
It's time to make specific Linchpin news available outside of the platform! Create an Atom feed (RSS) to share all the latest updates with the world. It's the perfect way to make Linchpin news accessible to everyone, no matter where they are.
By allowing for targeted filtering, embedding images, and providing flexible access control, this feature ensures that your news reaches a wider audience and is presented in an engaging and accessible format. Get ready to make Linchpin news go viral ‼️
📱Notification Center for Linchpin Mobile
We are thrilled to announce that the Linchpin Mobile app now has a notification center that displays notifications from the Confluence notification center!
This brilliant new feature is a real game changer as it ensures that you are always informed wherever you are. Keep track of everything on the go and have all Confluence notifications at your fingertips!
👥 Sorting in People Search & List Macro
We are very excited to announce the sorting function and configurable pagination for the People Search & List macro! This makes managing your users easier and more efficient than ever before.

Confluence 9.0
With the release of Confluence 9, Atlassian rolled out a significant update to their platform. This has implications for app vendors, and for us as well. Did you know that the Linchpin Suite consists of 24 apps? Almost all of them need to be updated to make Linchpin compatible with Confluence 9. As a result, we'll have to put feature development on hold until we've completed this necessary work.
